Station Soliloquy – Mirroring
Following on from my Tube Stories series, this Station Soliloquy series consists of images taken on my everyday travels around the UK. I have always been fascinated by those spaces inbetween. The waiting spaces. Those moments of contemplation in an otherwise frenetic world.

Nice work.
Thank you very much indeed!
This one has a cool, film noir quality to it.
Ooh yes. I see where you are going with that. Shame that they banned smoking in stations really. They are ruining many artistic opportunities for me! Perhaps I’ll move to Denmark…
Powerful image! What camera did you use?
Thank you. This shot was actually taken with my humble iphone. Find that the DSLR tends to attract too much attention in this sort of situation.
Cool! I think the grain only adds to the total atmosphere of the image! And like Chase Jarvis says:
”The best camera is the one you have with you.”
Absolutely. A wise man indeed!
Amazing story telling!
Thank you very much!
I want to know what the balding guy is holding up to his mouth. Is it a thickshake? An illuminated lollipop? An inter dimensional megaphone to protesting organic atom nano-farners?
Singing songs Rat Pack stylee into a little shiny microphone?
